Information for new Members
Welcome and congratulations on being accepted to raid with us! This is a quick info list for you to get ready for your first raid (There's a link on the navigation bar if you need to refer back to it). Our full guild policy post can be found here. I encourage you all to read it at your leisure. If you have any questions, just ask.

General Info
Officers (who to ask if you need help)
Sunna - healers, general admin, EPGP
Ceejjay - hunters
Jayken - melee
Turangaa - casters, EPGP

Forums
To receive forum permissions, you must register with your name as it appears in-game. Permissions should update automatically within a day. If they don't, let Sunna know. If you transferred from another server and your in-game name is different from your forum name, ask Sunna to change it for you.

Absence thread
You are expected to attend every raid during your trial period unless your absence was discussed during the application process or is an extreme emergency. In the event an absence is necessary, please notify us by posting in this thread. Please don't start a new thread for each absence. Failure to notify us of an absence during your trial period may result in the termination of your trial and your removal from our raid force.

Promotion Procedures
You are eligible for (though not guaranteed) a promotion after you've been in the guild for approximately 4 weeks. At this point, we will decide as a guild whether or not we would like to offer you a permanent raiding position with us. Please visit the Application Template and Instructions for TRIALS post for more information regarding deadlines as well as an application template.

Raiding Information
Raid Invites
We use an automated invite mod (oRA) for raid invites. The first mass invite will go out around 6pm and will be periodically repeated until 6:30. You may also auto-invite yourself at any point between these times by whispering the keyword "cookies" to Sunna (/w Sunna cookies) or "cockies" to Turangaa (/w Turangaa cockies). Pulling starts at 6:30, you're expected to already be at the instance at this time and ready to go.

Breaks/afks during raids
We take a 10-min break around 8:30 each raid night. Please hold all non-emergency afks until this time.

World of Logs
Our guild uses World of Logs to parse combat logs, and we often have live logs running. Our WoL page is located here.

Encounters Preparation/Knowledge
General fight knowledge for each encounter is assumed, whether you've seen it first-hand or not. Ask questions BEFORE raid time, not as we're pulling the boss.

How we do Subs
Subs for farm content are generally per boss and voluntary, when possible. If there are no volunteers, subs will be rank based. Speak with other members of your raiding functional group (other melee dps, if you play a melee dps, for example) to determine when you're able to switch with them. Let an officer or the raid leader know if you plan to switch in/out for another player. For progression content, the raid is generally formed with a specific raid group/composition in mind and switching is often not allowed.

Consumables
The guild provides feasts and cauldrons. You must provide your own pots; the guild bank sells them for lower than AH. You are expected to have a small stock of food buffs and flasks on hand to be used if circumstances require - e.g. you are subbed in late, you miss the guild consumables, you're the only person to die becuase you pulled the boss like a jackass and everyone else ran out like a smart person, etc.

Loot Distribution
EPGP rules can be found here (there is a link in the navigation bar). You are required have the EPGP Lootmaster mod installed for all guild EPGP raids you attend. You may install the EPGP (DKP Reloaded) addon as well, if you choose.
